Naboth began his training in refrigeration and air conditioning in 2011 and became a qualified engineer in 2015. He then spent eight years working in Zimbabwe, gaining valuable experience in the field.
As part of his career progression, Naboth aspired to migrate to the UK to further develop his knowledge and skills. We asked him how his journey has been so far:
"In October 2023 I got the opportunity to join Cold control. In my early days I got a chance to meet other Service Engineers and shadowed their work, which I found very helpful. Cold control sponsored my F Gas training which I went through and gained F Gas certificate at the end of November 2023.
I have working on several projects, different units and sites including Government facilities servicing and maintaining Morden HVRF and VRV systems which I found very exciting.
I live about 2-hour drive from Cold Control HQ so get the chance to frequently visit and mix with the office team.
I'm really enjoying working at Cold Control, the team is so friendly and professional, always willing to help."
